Nest is the government recommend pension provider, other pension providers can be used for clients, but if a client is not sure which pension provider to use we can always recommend NEST.

As the agent for a client we can add a new client to our NEST dashboard, if the client has a NEST account already we can uses CONNECT through nest to link the account. If the client doesn’t have NEST then we can make a new account with NEST for the client. Its important to note that you must have permission from the client to authorise Cloud Bookkeeper open an account for the client. A signed letter from the client is required for this
