As an agent we have a dashboard on the Pension Regulator with all clients we act for within the system.
Each client must be added user the PAYE reference and Letter code provided by the client on the Pensions regulator letter the client should have provided.
Once added to pensions regulator the staging date will be confirmed.
By the 5th April each year a Declaration must be completed on the Pensions regulator for each client confirming there duties have been undertaken by making pensions deductions. failure to complete the declaration could result in a penalty for the client.
