Pensions and Auto Enrolment. 

Its every employers responsibility to comply with there auto enrolment duties each year.

The responsibilities are to

1. Enrol all employees aged over 18 with an annual earnings of £10,000 or more/ £833 per month.

2. Yearly declaration to confirm all duties have been done in terms of auto enrolment, this declaration is done on the dashboard within the Pensions Regulator website.
